Use the quote form, email us or book a free consultation. A finished manuscript, a half written draft or just an idea are all fine starting points. We ask about your readers, your goals and your budget so our advice fits you.
We tell you which services fit and which you can skip, then send a written quote.
The quote lists every item, what is included, what is not and an estimated timeline. If a smaller service would serve you better, we say so. There is no obligation and we do not ask for payment details at this stage.
You approve the quote, the schedule and the people working on your book.
You receive a simple agreement that repeats the quote, the payment schedule and our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Most projects are paid in two parts: 50% when you sign the agreement and 50% before final files are delivered or the book is published. Larger projects can be split into milestone payments, listed in your agreement. Work starts only after you have signed and the initial deposit has cleared.

Chapters from your writer, tracked changes from your editor, cover concepts and page proofs all come to you for review. Feedback rounds are built into the quote. Nothing moves to the next stage without your approval, and your voice stays your own.
Your book is set up for print, eBook and audio, in your name.
We prepare the files, register ISBNs in your name, set up your retail accounts and order a physical proof. When you approve the proof, the book goes on sale and every file and login is handed to you. The details, including the editions we prepare, are on the publishing services page.
If you choose marketing, we build a plan, run it and report honestly.
Marketing is optional and runs month to month. You set the budget, approve every message and receive a plain report each month on what we did and what happened, including what did not work.
